Subscription & Billing Policy

Wescle Suite (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers subscription-based services for our WordPress plugin. This Subscription & Billing Policy outlines important information regarding billing cycles, auto-renewals, cancellations, refunds, payment methods, pricing changes, and service upgrades. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. Subscription Plans
1.1 Available Plans:
Wescle Suite is available through subscription plans, which may include monthly, quarterly, or annual billing cycles. All subscriptions include access to Wescle Suite and provide the Wescle Template as a complementary bonus for the duration of the subscription.
1.2 Plan Features:
- Access to Wescle Suite features as outlined in the selected plan.
- Regular updates and technical support.
- Exclusive access to additional tools and integrations.
2. Billing Cycles & Auto-Renewals
2.1 Billing Cycles:
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) according to the selected plan.
- Billing occurs on the same date of the initial purchase for each renewal period.
2.2 Auto-Renewals:
- All subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Users will be notified in advance of upcoming renewals.
- If auto-renewal is not desired, customers must cancel their subscription before the renewal date.
2.3 Failed Payments:
- If a payment fails, the system will attempt to reprocess it within 7 days or by payment system processor rules.
- If payment is not received within this period, the subscription will be suspended, and access to Wescle Suite and Wescle Template will be revoked. However, all content previously created with the plugin will remain functional, but new creations or feature usage will be restricted.
3. Cancellations
3.1 Cancellation by the Customer:
- Customers can cancel their subscriptions at any time via their account dashboard.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Access to Wescle Suite and the bonus Wescle Template (included updates) will remain active until the end of the paid period.
3.2 Cancellation by Wescle:
- We reserve the right to cancel or suspend a subscription if any violations of our terms of use are detected based on Terms of use.
- No refunds will be provided in cases of policy violations.
4. Refunds
4.1 Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are only available under the following conditions (based on Refund Policy):
- The product fails to function as described, and all troubleshooting steps have been exhausted.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase.
4.2 Non-Refundable Cases:
- Subscription renewals.
- Customer dissatisfaction without valid technical reasons.
- Failure to cancel before auto-renewal.
5. Payment Methods
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods:
- We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified on our website.
5.2 Billing Information:
- Customers are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate billing information.
- Changes to payment details can be made through the customer account dashboard.
6. Pricing Changes & Service Upgrades
6.1 Price Adjustments:
- We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices with prior notice of at least 30 days.
- Customers will be informed via email or platform notifications.
6.2 Upgrading/Downgrading Plans:
- Customers can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at any time.
- Any difference in pricing will be adjusted in the next billing cycle.
7. Service Limitations Due to Third-Party Disruptions
7.1 Dependencies:
- Wescle Suite integrates with third-party services such as OpenAI APIs, Google APIs, Anthropik APIs, Unsplash, and others (may be implemented in future updates), which may experience occasional disruptions.
- We are not responsible for any service limitations caused by third-party outages or API restrictions.
