Affiliate Agreement

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing participation in the Wescle Suite Affiliate Program (“Program”). By enrolling in the Program, affiliates (“you” or “Affiliate”) agree to comply with these terms.

1. Eligibility & Registration

  • To participate, you must register for an affiliate account on https://wescle.com.
  • Only individuals or legal entities with an active Wescle Suite account are eligible.
  • Approval into the Program is at Wescle Suite’s sole discretion.
  • Affiliates must provide accurate and complete payment and tax details.

2. Commission Structure & Payouts

  • Affiliates earn a percentage-based commission for each qualifying sale made through their unique affiliate link.
  • Commissions are calculated based on net sales, excluding refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions.
  • Payments are issued monthly, provided the affiliate meets the minimum payout threshold.
  • Payments are made via bank transfer, or other designated methods.
  • A withdrawal fee of 5% applies to payouts.
  • Affiliate commissions do not apply to purchases made using the affiliate’s own link.

3. Tracking & Attribution

  • Wescle Suite uses cookies and tracking technologies, including Google Analytics, to track affiliate sales.
  • Cookies store unique affiliate IDs to attribute commissions correctly.
  • The standard cookie duration for tracking is 30 days, unless specified otherwise.
  • If a customer clears cookies or purchases through another affiliate’s link, the commission may be attributed to the last affiliate referred.
  • Affiliates must not alter tracking links or attempt to manipulate attribution data.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in:

  • Spamming (unsolicited emails, bulk messaging, or automated promotions).
  • Misleading advertising or making false claims about Wescle Suite.
  • Self-referrals (purchasing through their own affiliate link).
  • Trademark bidding on search engines without explicit permission.
  • Fraudulent activities, including fake referrals or cookie stuffing.

5. Fraud & Compliance

  • Wescle Suite reserves the right to audit affiliate activity to ensure compliance.
  • If fraudulent activity is detected, Wescle Suite may:
    • Delay payment for up to 14 days for verification.
    • Suspend or terminate the affiliate account without prior notice.
    • Forfeit pending commissions from fraudulent referrals.
  • Affiliates must adhere to all applicable marketing laws and regulations.

6. Termination & Modifications

  • Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
  • Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited if the termination results from a policy violation.
  • Wescle Suite reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the revised terms.
