Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of Wescle Suite (“Platform” or “Service”) to ensure fair, ethical, and lawful usage of our software and services. By using Wescle Suite, users agree to adhere to this policy and acknowledge the consequences of any violations.

1. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in any of the following activities while using Wescle Suite:

1.1 Illegal and Unlawful Activities

  • Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • Hosting, distributing, or linking to content that promotes violence, terrorism, child exploitation, discrimination, or any form of illegal activity.
  • Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations.

1.2 Security Violations

  • Gaining unauthorized access to Wescle Suite’s infrastructure, accounts, or confidential data.
  • Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass Wescle Suite’s security mechanisms.
  • Introducing malware, viruses, or any other harmful code into the system.

1.3 Abuse of Resources

  • Excessive or abusive use of system resources that may disrupt service availability.
  • Circumventing fair usage limits or API rate limits.
  • Overloading servers with automated scripts, bots, or unnecessary data processing.

1.4 Spamming and Unauthorized Communications

  • Sending unsolicited emails (spam), bulk messages, or phishing attempts.
  • Using Wescle Suite’s tools to engage in deceptive marketing practices.
  • Collecting or harvesting personal data without the individual’s consent.

2. Ethical AI Use Guidelines

Wescle Suite incorporates AI-driven tools and services. Users must comply with ethical guidelines, ensuring responsible AI usage.

2.1 AI Content Restrictions

  • AI-generated content must not contain misinformation, hate speech, or defamatory material.
  • AI features should not be used for deepfakes, impersonation, or deceptive practices.
  • AI-driven automation must comply with transparency and accuracy standards.

2.2 Data Privacy & Security in AI Processing

  • Users must not submit personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive data to AI-powered tools where unnecessary.
  • AI-based processing should be conducted in accordance with privacy laws and ethical considerations.
  • AI-generated outputs must not be resold or redistributed without proper licensing or permissions.
  • Wescle Suite does not store, access, or process any AI-generated content created by users on their own websites. All content remains solely under the user’s control within their hosting environment.

3. Enforcement and Consequences

3.1 Monitoring and Investigation

Wescle Suite reserves the right to monitor usage and investigate suspected violations of this AUP. This includes:

  • Analyzing traffic and logs to detect abuse or security breaches.
  • Reviewing complaints from third parties regarding content hosted or generated using Wescle Suite.
  • Cooperating with law enforcement agencies if required by law.

3.2 Actions Against Violations

If a violation is confirmed, Wescle Suite may take the following actions:

  • Issue warnings or temporary restrictions on account access.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities.
  • Block access to specific features or content generation tools.
  • Report severe violations to appropriate authorities.

3.3 Appeals and Reinstatement

Users who believe their access was restricted unfairly may submit an appeal to info@wescle.com. Appeals will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe, and reinstatement is not guaranteed.

4. Updates to This Policy

Wescle Suite reserves the right to update this AUP at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, industry standards, or security concerns. Users will be notified of significant updates via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
