Understanding Wescle AI Suite Subscriptions
Overview of Subscription Model
Wescle AI Suite operates on a subscription-based model, providing access to AI-powered tools for website building, content automation, and customer relationship management. Unlike one-time purchases, subscriptions ensure continuous feature updates, security enhancements, and priority support.
Upon subscribing, users receive:
Wescle AI Suite License Key – Required to activate the plugin and unlock all AI-powered features.
Wescle Template License Key (Bonus) – Optional, provided for those who prefer using the Wescle Template, though all major functionalities have transitioned into the Wescle AI Suite plugin.
Subscription Billing & Renewals
Subscriptions are available in monthly, quarterly, or annual plans, with renewal automatically processed at the end of each billing cycle.
A valid payment method must be on file to avoid interruptions in service.
Users can manage billing details and view upcoming payments in their Wescle Account → Subscriptions.
If a payment fails, the system will attempt to reprocess it within 7 days (or as per payment processor rules).
Failure to renew on time will suspend access to Wescle AI Suite, restricting new AI-generated content and premium features. However, previously created content will remain functional.
Understanding Your Subscription Dashboard
Subscription Totals – Displays the active subscription plan, billing details, and renewal dates.
Related Orders – Shows past transactions, including completed payments and pending invoices (with options to “Pay” or “View” details).
License Key Section – Lists your Wescle AI Suite and Wescle Template keys with a convenient copy button for easy activation.
Billing Details – Provides an overview of your registered billing address and payment method.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the Subscriptions Dashboard.
Refunds are only granted under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy, such as:
The plugin does not function as described and meets refund eligibility criteria.
The issue is confirmed after troubleshooting with our support team.
Refunds are not issued for:
Partial subscription periods.
Failure to cancel before renewal.
Account suspension due to violations of Terms of Use.
License Compliance & Security Measures
Wescle AI Suite includes built-in security checks to prevent unauthorized use.
License Verification – The plugin periodically validates the subscription key to ensure compliance.
Unauthorized Use Detection – If an invalid, expired, or shared key is detected, the system may suspend access to premium features.
Fair Use Policy – Reselling, distributing, or sharing license keys violates our Terms of Use and may result in account termination.

Migration from Wescle Template to Wescle AI Suite
Wescle Template will continue receiving support & updates for the next two years (01.01.2025 – 01.01.2027).
Users are encouraged to transition to Wescle AI Suite Plugin, which consolidates all major features into a single plugin.Both licenses remain accessible via the Subscriptions Dashboard, and users can choose to continue using Wescle Template or switch fully to Wescle AI Suite.
