The CRM Module in Wescle AI Suite allows you to manage customer relationships, track leads, organize queries, and structure orders with customizable lists and sales funnels. It consists of two primary sections:
Lists – Organize queries, orders, or customer interactions based on different services or product categories.
Contacts – Maintain a database of customers and manage communication effectively.
Set as default for use with the Contact Form 7 and WooCommerce plugins.
This module provides a structured workflow that can be tailored to fit any business process, making customer management and sales tracking seamless.
