The Automation Tab allows you to configure automated tasks, set up cron jobs, and fine-tune AI-powered workflows to optimize efficiency. Follow these steps to enable automation features and manage settings effectively.
Automation Cron Job
To ensure scheduled tasks run smoothly, add the following cron job to your server to execute every 1 minute:

Task Flow Prompts
The Task Flow Prompts section allows customization of AI-generated responses. These prompts define how AI processes and structures automated tasks.
System Message – Defines the AI’s role, ensuring structured and meaningful responses.
User Message – Specifies input formats for AI execution, ensuring data accuracy.

Execution Task Flow Prompt
This section structures the AI’s response based on provided data.
FieldsFlow – Defines the necessary input fields to start the automation process.
SearchResults – Ensures AI generates relevant outputs based on provided data.
TaskFlow – Specifies how AI processes and executes the task.
LanguageID – Controls the output language formatting (if translation is enabled).

Google Search Integration
Automate AI-driven Google searches and extract structured data using predefined shortcodes.
Search Query in Google – Defines the query AI uses to search.
Shortcode Description – Lists data fields for structured extraction.

Parser Settings
The Parser section allows AI to extract and summarize data from external sources.
Number of Characters During Parsing – Defines the maximum content length AI processes.
HTML Class Extraction – Allows defining CSS selectors to extract content from structured sources.
Parsing Formula – Provides instructions on how AI should refine and summarize extracted text.

AI Execution Settings
