Using Company Data in Queries
By enabling the toggles for Company Name, Description, Address, Industry, Tone of Voice, and Writing Style, you allow the AI to automatically incorporate this information when generating content. This ensures consistency and efficiency across all AI-powered tasks.
When to Enable:
✅ You want AI to always reference your company details for brand consistency.
✅ You prefer automated content generation without manually entering company information each time.
✅ You need AI-generated content that aligns with your industry and writing style.
When to Disable:
❌ You want to manually input company details for specific pages or tasks.
❌ You’re working on a project that doesn’t require company-related data.
❌ You need flexibility in content generation, allowing AI to work without predefined company settings.
Enabling or disabling these options does not delete your company data – it simply determines whether it’s used automatically or if you need to enter details manually. Adjust these settings based on your workflow to get the best results from Wescle AI Suite.
