Socials

The Socials section allows you to integrate social media links directly into your chat widget, offering your visitors quick access to your social profiles.

How It Works

• Social media platforms are initially configured in the Builder → Social section.

• Each social profile entry consists of:

• Name: The title of your social media channel (e.g., Facebook, X).

• URL: The direct link to your social media page.

• Icon (SVG or file): You can upload a custom SVG file or directly paste SVG code to visually represent your social media channel.

• After adding socials in the Builder, select which ones you want to display in the Socials chat settings section.

• Easily manage your socials list by adding, editing, reordering, or deleting entries at any time.
