Fixed Messages

The Fixed Messages section allows you to add custom messages with images that appear directly within the live chat widget, providing quick and visually appealing communication to your website visitors.

Adding Fixed Messages

• Click “Add a message” to create a new fixed message.

• Set an Icon, a Title, and a Subtitle (description) for each message.

• Enable or disable the visibility of each message using the Display/Hide toggle.

Live Widget Display

• Fixed Messages appear prominently within the chat widget, offering visitors immediate access to important information or announcements.

• Messages are displayed with your chosen image/icon and description, making your chat widget engaging and informative.

Use Fixed Messages to quickly highlight promotions, updates, or important notices directly within the chat experience.
