In the Featured Articles section, you can showcase the latest or specific articles directly within your chat widget. Select a category from your existing content to automatically feature the most recent articles or manually input specific article IDs. You can also control how many articles appear, making sure your audience always sees the most relevant and engaging content.

Options Available:

• Select Category: Choose a category to pull articles from automatically.

• Number of Articles: Define how many articles to display.

• Enter Article IDs (optional): Manually specify article IDs if you want exact articles displayed.

This functionality helps keep visitors engaged with timely updates directly accessible through your chat interface.
