Extra Buttons

In the Extra Buttons section, you can create additional buttons displayed directly on your chat widget. These buttons can redirect users to specific URLs or pages of your website, improving user navigation and engagement.

• Adding Buttons: Click the “Add a button” option to create a new button. Specify a clear Title and provide the URLthat users will be redirected to upon clicking.

• Visibility Toggle: You can quickly enable or disable button visibility in the live chat widget by using the Display/Hidetoggle.

• Customization: Extra buttons can be utilized for various purposes, such as linking to support pages, user accounts, promotions, or any specific section you wish your visitors to easily access.

Buttons will be instantly visible on your chat widget, offering quick and direct access for your visitors.
