The Collections section allows you to effectively organize and display multiple categories of articles directly within your chat widget, creating an integrated knowledge base accessible to your users.

How it Works
• Selecting Categories:
• Choose from existing categories of articles to include within your widget. You can add as many categories as you wish, each serving as a separate knowledge base collection.
• Number of Articles:
• Set the number of articles you want to display per category. Users will see the selected number of latest articles from each category within the widget.
• Display/Hide Toggle:
• Each collection can be individually toggled to either appear or remain hidden from your users.
Widget Interaction
• Within the widget, users will see a neatly organized knowledge base categorized for easy navigation.
• Users can effortlessly browse articles, ensuring quick access to essential information, enhancing user experience and self-service capabilities.
This setup allows you to provide a structured, efficient, and highly accessible source of information right at your visitors’ fingertips.
